Get your sleeping straightened out.

When I was 18 years old I was involved in a car accident that left me with a sever head injury. One of the many problems that developed from this trauma was a complex sleeping disorder. I would walk, talk and eat in my sleep. Sometimes I wouldn't sleep for two days and then crash for twelve hours. I was under the care of a sleep specialist and after a trial of several medication I lost hope.
I struggled with my issues over the next 15 years and it wasn't until I found a simple alarm clock that I regained hope that my life would normalize. Someone had bought me clock that projected light into the room long before my alarm was set to go off. In a short time I found myself getting up earlier and as a result my sleep became more regular but still remained disrupted at times. I will admit that I still walk and talk, but I don;t oversleep and stay up for days t a time.
